Wear Resistant Steel Plate is a special plate product specially designed for use under large area wear conditions. The commonly used wear-resisting steel plate is made of the alloy wear-resisting layer with high hardness and good wear resistance compounded by surfacing method on the surface of ordinary low carbon steel or low-alloy steel with good toughness and plasticity. In addition, there are cast wear-resistant steel plates and alloy hardened wear-resistant steel plates.
Pressure vessel plate is a steel plate used to manufacture structural parts of steam boilers, pressure vessels and other pressure vessels. This kind of steel plate is subject to certain air pressure and water pressure, as well as different temperature environments, such as high, medium and low temperature, so the requirements for this kind of steel plate are stricter.
Silicon alloy steel containing 1.0 to 4.5% silicon and less than 0.08% carbon is called silicon steel. It has the characteristics of high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and large resistivity, so the hysteresis loss and eddy current loss are small. Mainly used as magnetic materials in motors, transformers, electrical appliances and electrical instruments. In order to improve the magnetic induction performance and reduce hysteresis loss, the content of harmful impurities is required to be as low as possible, and the plate shape is required to be smooth and the surface quality is good.
Steel grating is also called steel grating. The grating is a steel product made of flat steel arranged crosswise with horizontal bars at certain intervals and welded into a square grid in the middle. Glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) grating, also known as FRP grating, is a plate-shaped material with many spaces that is made of glass fiber as a reinforcing material and unsaturated polyester resin as a matrix. It is compounded through special processing. Fiberglass grating can be used as structural materials for floors, trench covers, platforms, ship decks, stairs, planks, etc. in corrosive environments. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and flame retardancy, non-magnetic insulation, bright colors, and a variety of styles to choose from.
Alloy steel is mainly composed of materials other than carbon and iron plus alloying elements, such as copper, manganese, aluminum, titanium, rare earth and other materials. Alloy steel has a high strength, and has a good corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, wear resistance and non-magnetic properties, so its life is relatively long. (1) Low carbon: due to the high requirements of toughness, weldability and cold forming performance, its carbon content does not exceed 0.20%; (2) Add alloy elements based on manganese; (3) Adding niobium, titanium or vanadium and other auxiliary elements: a small amount of niobium, titanium or vanadium in the steel to form a fine carbide or carbon nitride, is conducive to obtaining fine ferritic grains and improve the strength and toughness of steel.
